Mark Dowling from Academy Sports Development provided coaching and umpires for the event which ran very smoothly. A huge thank you to him and his team for supporting the event. Along with Brian Howard and Peter Leaton from Peterborough Cricket Club who kindly gave the use of the Cricket Club and the facilities for free. This made for a high quality experience for all young people involved on the day.
All of the pupils improved throughout the day and their were some outstanding performances from both individuals and teams alike.
Congratulations to The Beeches and Longthorpe Primary School who won there respective rounds and now go on to represent Peterborough in the County School Games finals on 10th July.
